FAQs

Do I need a referral from a doctor?

Physiotherapists are primary healthcare providers, so you can see one directly without needing a physician’s referral. However, some insurance companies may require a doctor’s referral for reimbursement.

Do we offer direct billing?

We provide direct billing for WSIB. and motor vehicle accident claims and for most extended health insurance providers.

What should I bring with me?

Please bring a referral if you have one and the plan details with you if you have extended health benefits.

How should I dress?

Please wear comfortable clothing that lets you move freely and provides easy access to the treated area, like loose-fitting tops or shorts. If you’re uncertain, feel free to contact your clinic for specific recommendations based on your treatment.

How many visits would I need?

The number of visits you’ll need with a physiotherapist depends on your condition, treatment goals, and progress. Some people may require just a few sessions, while others might need ongoing therapy over a longer period. Your physiotherapist will assess your needs and provide a personalized treatment plan, including the recommended number of visits.

Is there a waitlist?

We schedule appointments for patients within 24 to 48 hours.

How do you accept payment?

We accept payment through cash, credit, debit, or cheque.
